Aftertaste: Aftertaste is mildly rooty with a tangy follow.

Smell: Sharp rooty smell is a very good start!
Initial Taste: Nice anise and sassafrass, but the sweetness is syrupy.
Bite: Good firm bite.
Aftertaste: Taste dominated by syrupy sweetness of "inverted" cane sugar. This processed sugar neither acts nor tastes as true cane sugar. Disappointed that Jones uses it…much more that they use the words cane sugar to promote a "good old soda" image.
